Booking Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us through our Contact Us page. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date may incur a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made after the service has been delivered or equipment has been installed.
• No refund will be provided for partial use of the rental period.
• Any damages to the equipment during the rental period may result in deductions from the refundable amount as per our Terms & Conditions.
